I took Day 12 off and didn't play any Wizard101(except to harvest crops - poor Sierra lost all of her couch potatoes because the glitched garden didn't work anymore :( ) and...
Marleybone and Mooshu were all completed really fast because I screwed it and just had Sierra used her regular Mystic Colossus Deck. Of course, she rarely hits because Shadow Pips don't come often, but that's why Destiny has Tempest.
Also, I sped through Wysteria and the first part of Aquila really fast, and Destiny got both the Senator's Storm Toga AND Senator's Storm Laurel from Zeus's fight! Whoo! That's amazing luck right then and there! :D
After I post this post, I'll be running through Grizzleheim. I'm basically following the Co-Op Walkthrough by Zenmaster Blue and Blaze Lifehammer. They're playing a Fire and Ice wizard, so Destiny completes the elemental trinity. ^_^

The Road to Mirage, Week 1
Remember that one blog I made about a Frugal Conjurer? Well, she's back in action!
Remember that one NPC, Nalia Dunestrider, way back in Wysteria? Well, turns out her home world is going to appear in Wizard101 soon, so... time for me to pay for some time and get back into Wizard101 to get a wizard to Mirage! Therefore this blog is a Road to Mirage for one new wizard...
And I chose the perfect School, Storm. Yeah, I love Balance, but Storm is pretty strong and has some great area-of-attack spells. But I wasn't going to set her as a n00b...
I broke down and purchased the Shinobi Bundle for Destiny, my Diviner. She's on the same account as my Level 97 Necromancer who is 1/3 of the way through Khrysalis(and is gardening Couch Potatoes so Destiny can get some great pets) and I love the Shellnobi Warrior, I mean, KI had to go there with the TMNT reference. ^_^
Of course, I gave the Level 10 Gear, all of her gear was replaced. (The girl in the back is Sierra Fairyfriend, going incognito.)
So back through Wizard City we go! However, don't expect a world tour - the Road to Mirage is fast and furious, and I spent every day going through each part of the game to get Destiny higher and higher in level... which backfired because I realized I was going to go through Winterbane and its kin, but now that Destiny is almost Grandmaster at the time of this post, the enemies will be Nintendo Hard so yeah, I'll have to shanghai a third account to send a weak wizard in to nerf the enemies so Destiny can get all of the badges. :(
The week went by really fast. The game started on November 15th, a mere three days before Pokemon Sun & Moon came out, and by the time those titles dropped, Destiny(with the help of the Frugal Conjurer) got through Wizard City's story and brought down Lord Nightshade and the fake Riverclaw King in Crab Alley. And I nerfed Sierra too!
(Basically, I had Sierra use a Blood Bat deck until Unicorn Way was done, then Troll until Cyclops Lane and Cyclops until the end of Wizard City. Then she used the Frog until the end of Marleybone.)
By the end of the week, Destiny was past Krokotopia, completed Kembaalung, and was halfway through Marleybone and already belting out the Uber spell, Tempest. ^_^
See ya next week!

Uh... November Fool's? :(
The little brother of Final Fantasy's Sandworm. ^_^ |
So... stuff has been happening left and right and guess what? New Wizard101 world already!
I've been... busy. Hey, don't judge me! I need to clear up my PS backlog and Reynn is now my waifu, shut up! X(
Since I spent so much money in October(and nearly broke my bank account), I have to be conservative for November. I didn't spend any time on Wizard101 and that's a shame as Mirage is shaping up to be one of my favorites. Can you blame me? Their city is called AGGROBAH for Pete's sake! That's some serious Disney Kingdom Hearts right there!
And it looks like there are new attack spells but they have a twist - they are pretty strong for 4-pip spells, but the twist is that you can decide how many targets they hit. This sort of thing is going to be great in team play - one of the bad things about area attack spells is that in boss fights, they hit the boss, and sometimes you just don't want your spell to harm the boss(like, say, if your team is setting up for a big hammer smash on the boss with a spell that it's weak to but your attack spell will undo all of the hard work and you want to take out the mooks who are weak to your attacks); these spells have ya covered - you can take out the weakling mooks and the team can buff up and destroy the boss without you ruining all their days by consuming their traps. :)
It requires a lot of strategy, but overall it's a nice touch.
I'm going to be getting some decent money soon and while some of it is going towards Pokemon Sun and Moon, I may refresh my Wizard101 time so I can get some characters to Polaris. Yes, I haven't even gotten any of my characters past Khrysalis yet. Boo to me. :(
I really do not want to delete my characters and stop playing Wizard101, especially now that Arc 3 is way underway, but it's hard to divide time between MMOs and your other games, especially with the new Pokemon games coming out. Well, we'll see what comes up.
